The goods will be sent as soon as the confirmation of payment is done, the delivery is approximately one week

 

Our product range is quite extensive and we carry a lot of stock, however some coloured and curled hair products are made to order. Orders are not prepared until full payment has been received. We do not accept cheques without prior arrangement. Please do not post cash.

 

Rapunzel Imports business is based on supplying high quality product. If you are not satisfied with an order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item to arrange an exchange or return of goods. For hygiene reasons we can only make and exchange or refund for goods returned unopened, still sealed in their original packaging. We cannot exchange or refund items made to order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to choose the color and type of attacking

If you are not sure about the colour you are looking for and type of attacking for your extension, please don’t hesitate to contact us, our team will support you to make the best choose.

 

 

How long the extension last?

We only supply healthy strong and clean 100% human hair. You or your hairdresser can treat our hair as you do with your hair - it can be coloured and trimmed, blow dried or shaped any way you normally would your hair. Our hair products that have been curled or coloured will wear better than if you curled or coloured your own hair. We had the advantage of doing it while it wasn't one someone's head after all. Our curls will take some getting out but since it is human hair, if you use curling or straightening tools you will change the nature of the hair. Our colours are permanent and we do not recommend you to apply further colouring to our coloured hair.

 

Do’s:

• Using always a special product after therapy like Argan Oil once a week, it will keep your hair smooth and silky like new

• If u use a Clip extension hang the extension during night in a dry place, avoid keeping near heat sources

• If u having Bulk, Wefl and Keratin extension tie your hair in a ponytail at night, this prevents tangling.

• Wash the extension with warm water and apply specially formulated shampoo and conditioner and then hang them and let them dry naturally. Be careful not to rub or twist the hair dry to avoid damaging the hair

 

Don’ts:

• It’s possible to treat the extension like you treat your hair but pay extra care to the use of heat sources over 180 degree Celsius, it will be your responsibility if something happened to your extension

• When wearing pre bonded extensions , be careful not to let any product touches the joints as this may weaken the joints themselves

• Do not use product with high alcohol content

• Never sleep with Clip extension to avoid to ruining the extension and the Clipping system
